BOOKING CONDITIONS

AGENCY FEES

20% on top of booking fee plus HST.

Full Day

Based on an 8 hour day, includes 1 hour in breaks.

Half Day

Based on 4 hour call time, includes 30 min in breaks.

HOURLY

2 hour minimum, 30 min increments after.

CANCELLATION POLICY

On confirmed bookings with 2+ days notice, half fee. On confirmed bookings with 1 day notice, full fee.*

OVERTIME RATE

Overtime calculated at 1.5x hourly.** Billed in 30 min increments.

TRAVEL/FITTING RATE

Travel/fitting time calculated at 0.5x hourly.** 1 hour minimum. Includes pinning/adjusting garment to model’s body or trying on more then 2 garments.

TRAVEL BOOKINGS

Full fee on all cancellations after model has traveled. Full reimbursement required (more on expenses below).

LINGERIE BOOKINGS

Applies to bra, panties, slips, pantyhose, jockey, boxer shorts, briefs, sleepwear, transparent/translucent garments. Closed set required. Client is responsible to advise agency of such garments to be shot on set at time of casting request.

WEATHER PERMITTING BOOKING

Cancelation due to weather rescheduled within 14 days shall not be subject to cancelation fees. If not rescheduled, full fee is charged. Cancelations not due to weather are subject to normal cancelation policy. Weather permitting bookings must be specified at time of option and conditions must be specified.

WEATHER PERMITTING OPTIONS

Confirmation or release will be enforced if secondary option is ready to confirm.

USAGE RIGHTS

To be negotiated before client uses images. Further/additional usage outside of negotiated terms must be negotiated before further/additional usage begins.

MODEL’s EXPENSES

Any expense such as flight or hotel etc., advanced by model/agency in relation to client booking must be paid within 30 days of booking date or will be subjected to an additional 20% agency fee charge.

INVOICES

All invoices are net 30 day terms.

NOTED

* Regarding confirmations via email, text or deal memo (booking confirmation)
** hourly based on 8 hour day rate.


RESPONSIBILITIES OF CLIENT

1. Discuss extraordinary booking requirements of model prior to booking (lingerie/stunt work/locations etc).
2. Provide closed door dressing facilities or something similar.
3. Must discuss advertising conflicts with agency.


INDUSTRY TERMS

1ST OPTION

Agency will give a client a first option on a model’s chart for the right to later confirm a model for a project. Option cancelations are not subject to cancelation fees.

2ND OPTION

Agency will give later inquiring clients requesting time on a model’s chart a second option holding behind a first option. Second option clients will receive option status updates regarding the first option (confirmed or cancelled). Should second option client be ready to confirm a model, they can request a push of first option. Push confirmation acceptance are on a per case basis.

BOOKING

This is a confirmed job, paid or non billable.

WEATHER PERMITTING BOOKING

Clients might request a weather permitting shoot. Client to provide a “location cell” for model to call two hours before call time to see if the shoot is on or to be rescheduled.

RATES

This may be hourly, daily, overtime or usage based.

USAGE

Where client intends to use models images. This will be based on media, time frame and territory.

TALENT RELEASE

Contract between client, agency and model discussing terms of the project. Must be sent to agency for approval 2 business days before shoot date. Models may not sign on set without agency permission. Model’s have signed this power of attorney to the agency.

FIT TO CONFIRM

Clients during fashion week have a limited time frame from when garments arrive, to casting, to fitting, to show time. Due to this, fashion show clients may confirm a model with a fit to confirm. Cancelations under fit to confirms are not subject to cancelation fees.

CASTINGS

Meeting a model in person to review their walk, portfolio and/or collect a comp card for a specific project.

GO SEE

Similar to a casting, this is when clients request to meet a model in person for future and/or ongoing work opportunities, even though a specific project/day is not being casted for at this time.

AUDITION

Similar to above, however typically for TV and film. When the client requires the model to act/perform in front of them to get a job in motion (TV shows, commercials, movies).
